Serving/retired WBCS (Executive) and IAS officers promoted from WBCS (Executive) Officers who are enlisted as per notice published on21/02/2022 and Notification No. I/341885/2022 dated 24.11.2022 of the Housing Department, Govt. of West Bengal as allotees of accommodation at the proposed housing project at New Town and in the event of their death, their spouse and legal heir(s).
